Public records show $213,507.88 plus GST paid to two law firms in 2024 and 2025. The City confirmed there was no insurance claim. It refused to disclose any settlement amount. 2026 figures are not yet available.
What the City Disclosed
In response to Freedom of Information request file no. 0580-20/2026-167, the City of Delta released these legal-fee totals for 2024 and 2025. All figures are exclusive of GST.
