Total Compensation (Base + Benefits + Expenses)

Name Baseline Year Baseline Delta Total 2025 Delta Total $ Increase
George Harvie 2019 $179,971 $218,653 +$38,682
Dylan Kruger 2019 $87,461 $128,292 +$40,831

Jessie Dosanjh 2023 $89,936 $100,770 +$10,834

Benchmark context (Statistics Canada average weekly earnings, BC): roughly $54,000 (2019) → ~$68,000 (2025) ≈ +$14,000 over six years. Harvie's and Kruger's base-pay dollar increases are more than double that benchmark; Guichon's is closer to it.

Metro Vancouver Board Seats (for context only)

  • 2023 – June 2024: George Harvie (also MV Board Chair) + Dylan Kruger
  • July 2024 – present: Rod Binder + Dylan Kruger (Harvie removed by Delta Council vote 6 May 2024, effective 1 July 2024)

Harvie's 2024 MV remuneration/expenses shown in the source material cover only the first half of the year (before removal). Binder's H2-2024 and 2025 MV figures are not yet in the documents reviewed.

Why stop at 2025? Full-year 2026 numbers are not published until after year-end (typically the following spring in the Statement of Financial Information). The comparison therefore uses each member's first complete year in the current term versus the latest complete year available (2025). All dollar and percentage changes are calculated from the official public schedules.
